We deliver cost effective, energy efficient timber frame solutions throughout Scotland and Northern England and have vast experience in the design, manufacture and erection of structural timber frame, roof and floor cassettes and glulam structures.
Our people are our strength and we have a loyal, specialist workforce. All our staff have up to 20 years experience, are fully trained (SSSTS, CSCS, CPCS, IPAF etc) and used to working on sites where programme and safety are paramount. Our Contracts Management Team have NEBOSH certification.
We have carried out projects with values from £10K up to £4.5M, all to the same high standard and we are happy to work almost anywhere having completed jobs in Wick, Belfast and London.
Most of our business is repeat, showing the confidence and close links between our Team and Commercial and Contracts management teams of Main Contractors.

Over the years, we have supplied timber solutions to a variety of sectors. Within the heath sector, we have completed GP Surgeries, healthcare centres and private surgeries. We have extensive experience in education buildings, and have completed numerous new build nurseries and nursery and school extensions. We also took on the supply and erect contracts for the first ever Passivehaus school in Scotland. We have been involved in various Religious and Historical buildings, Leisure buildings, including swimming pools and libraries and have completed bespoke glulam solutions for a variety or projects, from canopy buildings to bespoke feature elements.
